Signed up on 12-27-12 for 4G hotspot with an online promotion for the free hotspot, my account was activated on 1-5-13 and I closed it on 1-7-13 about 30 hours after opening it. This was a 30 day risk free trail or so they say, all went fine with closing the account. They claimed I used up all my data which did not happen and acording to some major ISP's they said I was ripped off.
Than the following month I se they took out of my account $99.95, when I started calling I was given the run around from customer reps and a supervisor with the first rep saying the charge was for the hotspot. This went on from from 3-23 to 3-29-13 with the same results....nothing is going to happen and they are not refunding it yet they will not email aything at all supporting their claim that I agreed to.
A supervosor was to have called me but when they did got a message on my answering machine at home, not on my cell as I requested sayig who they were and to call a number that she did not give the full number, go another call same voice same massage with the same lck of numbers in their phone number which lead me to believe this was a pre recored message, tone of voice, etc was the same as the first call. When the customer rep findally fr a supervisor I asked to talk with the one who called, she wasn't there was the answer I always got and he was no better than dealing with the reps.
In the end he said he would put in a request t email what I wanted to see and as of today I haven't seen it and don't expect to.
Netzero high speed is a rip off and customer surport is very bad and that includes both reps and supervisors. It's best to pay a little bit more and get the service you'd expect,don't deal with Netzero
