I have been charged $31.20 in technical support for an account I never used for just attempting to get connected. I was charged $14.95 for a month's worth of service I never got and when I called billing at 866-841-1442 I was told it would take a couple of billing cycles (theirs I guess) before the credit card would be credited. It only took a day to put the charges on!!
I intend to contact my credit card company to block any future charges! This is a very disreputable way to do business!! I was able to sign up with Acme internet service (Cheers for Wylie Coyote) for a lesser price and have received good services to date.
