Dear Rippoffreport.com
I used Netzero platinum services for many months and was pleased with the reasonably priced service they provided.
I cancelled Netzero service 3 months ago since going to cable service and was not billed for 2 months on Mastercard.

This month (Feb/ 02) the charge was resumed.I sent EMail after talking to toll free customer service who said they were not authorized to credit the Mastercard for $9.95 platinum service which had been cancelled.
Apparently they thought I may not notice the billing and they would continue to bill me indefinitely.
Called credit card company and they took care of it for me.

They apparently have seen this many times before.
Here is copy of EMail reply from netzero.
I am also sending a copy of this back to Netzero and contacting my attorney to determine if I am due further compensation for time and aggravation.

Thanks for maintaining this website to uncover fraud and criminal activity.
