Nevada association services Pearl Agustin Over charge on fees(HOA) Las Vegas, Nevada

Nevada sent me a bill for my HOA for oct- april for $1132.34!. I made the payment in May and Nevada being a collection agency charges were included.This payment was suppOse to be sent right away to nicklIn,HOA, mgt Company,instead they held the payment so they could D charge additional late fee and collection fees on my account. this practice is unacceptable and unfair and I also talk to unfair housing,who will also be looking into this company, because they are trying to set people up for not only bad credit but for homeless outcomes, YES, they put a lien on my property after I Paid them $1,132.34, they ask for ,and I only owed them $532.00 for 7 months, But since I was stupid enough to pay these fees in an economy like this they went on to continue to play my stupid!!!
