New Capital Credit Resources is a SCAM Matteson, Illinois

I paid this company for services that were never rendered.I paid $300 thru pay pal on April 28, 2009 for credit repair service.I was told as advertised on the site that the process is 60 days to add tradelines and delete 4 items off of credit report.The original total amount for service was $1000 with $500 down and $100 a month there after until $1000 is paid off.I was able to get an April special of $300 down and $100 a month until paid off.

I spoke with Kimberly Nelson and she asked me for a copy of my social security card so I faxed it and that was the last I heard from anybody and that was around May 6th and that was the last i heard from anyone. I was told i would get a welcome package along with a debit card within 7 days that never happened. I was told that i would get a credit card in 14 business days of order that never happened.The deletion of items were never done and no addition to tradelines listed on my credit report.

I have a payment due in the beggining of the month and I called as i usually do on a daily basis to pay the amount in full but no answer. I kept calling and e-mailing in regards to the status of everything and to make additional payments per our agreement but no one ever answered, called back, or responded to any of my e-mails.Now I am out of $300 for a service that was never performed. I would rather pay and get the services requested but if that cannot be done i would like to have my money back.
