New Century Mortage ripoff Internet

New Century mortage was suppose to refinance my home. After i took all my money to pay for an appraisle, and fax papers to them, they said everything was going to be fine. We should be closing in a few day's. I was also told that I would not have to make a payment to my mortage co. that we have now, because we were getting ready to close out this loan.

So I did not make my payment to our mortage co. And New Centry wanted all info. on our home. They needed a high appraisle, they got that. Then they call my insurance co. and uped the coverage on my home. So here I am waiting on OCT.23,2006 to get here so we can close this loan.

Hoping to save money and have cheaper house payment's as we were promised. And the co. call's and say's they can't do the loan because we built a porch on the front of our home. They had the paper's and picture's of our home for two week's. They had plenty of time to look at them. But they still called and said that we would be closing soon.

Now I am in deep because I do not have the money to make my house payment this month because of them. I don't believe that people like this should get by with doing people like that.They had pleanty of time why wait till the closing day to do this, they should be plastered all over the TV and all over the new's. There is no way that I could live with myself if i did that to another human. But maybe God will give them their reward, and i hope it not as pleasant as they wish.

So if anyone out there think's of doing business with NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CO, stay clear and don't be suckered in like me.
