New Century Of America Homes (Fredericksburg VA) I authorized National City Mortgage to give Douglas F. Haig a $25,000 deposit to start the construction on my home on my lot and 20 months later there is no home and he refused to return the deposit even after a respectfull verbal request amd a registered letter demanding Fredericksburg Virginia

i am still in europe and that is probably why he took my money and ran, now i owe national city mortgage $25,000 plus interest and they want to forclose on my land that i put up for collateral not to mention my credit is going down the drain.
I asked douglas for the deposit back this past february in person and he said he would return it in april now we are in mid june. i sent a registered letter to his home requesting the money back and got no response.
this is outrageous and i need outrageous help
