AT&T is unwilling to cooperate and assist in recovering and stopping the charges.
I have spoken to New Century Telecom on 11/21/07 and spoke to Inez and was asked for a billing statement to be faxed to 1-866-515-5143 to refund two charges of $29.95. Yet, December I received another charge of $29.95.
I called on 12/26/07 and spoke to Julio Paz and he confirmed the service is cancelled and asked for the statements to be faxed again.
I have not received a resolution to this problem.
I asked to speak to a manager at New Century Telecom and was told no one is available and I could be put on a waiting list for a return call. Julio Paz was unwilling to assist. He stated he was just following policies and procedures.
I am apalled that AT&T does not take this seriously.
