Hello,
I had purchased NCI "New Client Aquistion" Program Plan 2. The plan itself cost over $28K upfront. We were ganranteed 1-2 clients a week using their patented client Aquistion program. We were respondsible for all cost of all salaries for the appointment setters and salesmen. After 5 months we have less than 10 clients of which some did not sign up due to the program. The support we received was near mininal to non existant. We receice some two day traning and some books and literature but that was the extent of their service. We ask for a toal refund less the training cost and literature.

Thanks,
Nancy

New clients Inc unethical conduct and their superstar sales person

AUTHOR: Nancy - ()

First of all, I think NCI needs to do some research about this person they asked to respond to the report.

NCI introduced this person to me as the condition to give them $30K, but this person is also an alcoholic and he never showed up for work during the 4 weeks he was with our firm. In addition, this person also went after our clients after being fired which broke the non-compete agreement we signed, I had to ask an attorney to send him a letter to stop this, and in addition, he has been non-stop harassing my employees for which we filed a few policy reports. When he was fired, I sent very detailed explanation to NCI and they supported to fire this person.

I cannot believe NCI is trying to use him to respond to my post – as NCI is the person introduced an alcoholic, unprofessional and unstable person to me to suck me into the fraudulent contract. From the people they introduced, you know what kind of company they are! Feel free to contact me at 718-279-1600 for any details about NCI.

Setting the Record Straight

AUTHOR: Dave - ()

I would like to set the record straight, considering that I am the "superstar salesman" referred to by Nancy in her complaint re: that the NCI program is a rip-off.  During my 4 week employment at VJN Associates :

1) There was no functioning office to operate from for the first two weeks,

2) Hurricane Sandy hit New York on the 3rd week and she gave my telemarketers leads to businesses in Nassau County and Queens  in areas where they had no electricity, and in most cases had to be evacuated,  and then expected them to get appointments, and in addition,

3) during that time, Nancy heartlessly expected me to open accounts with or without appointments with these people in the aftermath of a catastrophe and without regard to the plight of these people and their unfortunate circumstances,

4) the three Appointment Setters she hired successfully worked for me at my previous firm for quite some time and were introduced and trained by me using the NCI techniques, scripts, etc.  There are 2 of them stilll telemarketing for her  using the NCI materials and following the guidelines, and

4) Nancy did not bother to print the CSR documents I needed to sign new clients.  Not even the basic Client Agreement, which I finally I had to print at Staples during the end of the 3rd week, and

5) I was all set to quit when she fired me because of her ineptness at running the NCI program, which I was suppose to run.

NCI information is misleading

AUTHOR: Nancy - (USA)

The information provided by NCI is misleading.

New clients Inc tricked us into an agreement to pay them a large sume of money (close to $30K) by introducing a "superstar" sales person, all fee upfront and the program is not working as well as they projected, now we are about 4 month into the program. We have tried to increase the sales team, double the calls, nothing worked. if NCI has confidence in their program, they will do the same thing as other CPA marketing company, which is charge a reasonable fee per month and you have the option to get out of the contact. NCI is the only one out there charge a large sum upfront fee, and get you to sign a well - designed contract so they will never liable for anyting. They have a two year money back gurarantee, and be caution! because the operating expense is so high by going into this program, (more than $10K/month), if the program dont work, means not enough cash inflow generated, no one is able to hold the operation for 2 years. Again, there is value provided by the comapany, but the value is worth $3,000 not $30K. so anyone is considering this program, feel free to contact me for first hand information, and note there are many good ethical CPA marketing program out there which i can name a few, they only charge you about 1/10 of what NCI charge , on a monthly payment program and you have the option to get out anytime.

Response to Claim

AUTHOR: New Clients Inc. - (United States of America)

The low productivity is an inherent risk factor in launching any marketing campaign with new personnel. The executed contract signed with claimant states this clearly.  There was extensive support from New Clients Inc to claimants organization via face to face training, phone consultation and email.

We keep detailed records of all phone calls, emails outlining client communication. NCI provided support to help keep the program on track and producing. After 1 MONTH of low productivity (which coincided with Hurricane Sandy)  we recommended  terminating sales rep and replacing. The sales rep was replaced within 30 days from inception of program. NCI offered to train a new sales rep and owner declined.

NCI has provided our marketing services to thousands of CPA's and accountants nationwide over the past 27 years. We are proud of our reputation and have assisted thousands of accountants to build large successful accounting and tax practices. Please visit our web site at www.newclientsinc.com and view our video testimonials or call us at 800-338-0778 for an ample list of references.
