New Day Marketing DRTV, PI, Advertising, Scam Internet, Arkansas

Our TV station was duped into airings Direct Response advertisements on a ''PI'' basis by a company called New Day Marketing.  New Day assured us that the campaigns were doing well, they valued our airtime and we could make a good revenue stream. They said they would pay us promptly at the end of the month and to provide them significant airtime without paying anything for placing the ads upfront.

We aired their ads over 500 times and they reported $84 in total sales.  If this wasn't bad enough they turned out to be deadbeats and did not even pay this amount. We worked with another DRTV agency that bought less time from us then we gave New Day and generated over $3,000 for that time.  We also worked with a PI agency after New Day and only gave them a small rotation and generated $1,200.

It is clear that New Day doctors results and does not have intentions to pay for sales generated anyway if they find it not in their interest.  It seems nothing more then a confidence to scheme for them to get your airtime, make money on it and then burn you. Avoid this unscrupulous company at all costs, be careful about PI and if you do do it, find a different company.
