I called these people about a loan.  I told them that I don't have a title for my car duw to the fact that the car is over 15 years old and after 15 years no title is required for registration.  My car is 19 years old almost an antique.  They said that I still needed a title.  They advertise any year car and any make and model.  Well how can this be if no titles are needed after 15 years old cars or trucks.  They bate you and they switch you.  The guy that I talked to was very nasty to me.  Well they lost a customer buyer be wear.

It is their POLICY to require a title. That is what a TITLE loan is all about! There was no "bait and switch" here as per your description of the events.
