I ordered a shirt from golfapparel4u.com AKA New England Golf Outfitters. They sent me a shirt that was too small and not what I ordered. They were out of what I ordered so they came up with the next best thing.... I guess. I sent it back to them, followed up with phone calls and emails. The did not respond to EMAIL or phone calls so I called my credit card company to dispute the it. Then I got an email saying they were only refunding part of the cost due to a restocking fee. Here we are a month later and I still have not gotten any money back nor will they return phone calls or emails. They don't even answer the phone when you call, it goes to voice mail. Do not order from this company, it is a rip off.

New England Golf Outfitters has been in business for over 7 years and we try our best to provide timely customer resolution. Because of the nature of this business and the fact that we're a internet business, often times you wont reach someone by phone.

We are very responsive to e-mails sent to our customerservice@negoinc.com and will respond to all before the end of each business day. This case has been resolved and credited and we really apologize for the frustration and inconvenience that this may have caused.
