The agreement was for them to advertise and sell our timeshare within a year's time for a service fee of $899.00 or said money is refundable within 30 days prior to the expiration of the contract.
Well to say the least, after trying to contact them per the terms of the contract, we discovered the number disconnected and that this company was a complete rip-off and now they have relocated to Atlanta, GA under the assumed business name of New Horizons Marketing Realty Inc.
It is our full intentions to vehemently pursue this fraud and persecute to the fullest extent of the law if we can. Its sad that people like this exist in the world, but it is our duty as law abiding consumers to not let them get away with this and I admonish anyone else involved to do the same.
