New-Talk Knology Rip off of hard working "Talk" dollars Forth Worth, Texas

This complaint is against New-Talk-Knology, phone company, I received a bill in the mail on 4-18-11 that indicated that I owed $86.85 for telephone services, my due date was 5-7-11. On 4-28-11 I was at a payment center that utilized western union I decided to pay my bill from this payment center, the clerk had some reservations about sending this money to a secondary companie (Knology), he called the number and was advised that Knology was the parent company for new-talk and that the accounnting office was there. The store clerk sent the money to the address listed, as he is an authorized western union agent. After 4 hours I called new-talk to get my phone services restored, as it takes up to 4 hours for the money to register. I was notified that new talk did not receive the money and that they (new-talk) no longer use western union as a means of receiving payment, and have not used western union for over a year. I went back to the store requesting a refund and was told to contact western union customer services, which i did. bringing this long story to a conclusion, that over the past 3 and a half weeks I have talked to customer services agents, supervisors and anyone that would hear me. The end result is that western union is waiting for Knology's accounting to agree in principle to refund western union or return the money back so that western union can refund money to me. Both of these companies are the very unprofessional and disrespectful I would not use New-Talk nor would I recommend their services to anyone, as this is set up to help low income people.
