After receiving said refundable deposit, 2 conference calls were conducted for a total of 1 hour. At then end of those calls Victor indicated the he did not believe in the deal. OK, not a problem, we were set to move on.
Repeated requests to Victor have gone unanswered or answered with time delay excuses (too many to list). Bottom line is he has no intention of returning the refundable deposit and has converted those funds to other aspects of his business.
This is a significant pattern with Victor and New Vision Holdings. Do not do business with this individual.
