New Vitality/NAC Marketing attempted to charge my wife's card $29.95 for an order that she did not place.
FACTS: At the time New Vitality/NAC Marketing claim that she placed the order, there was no computer available for her at her place of work from which to place an order.
The order confirmation that was sent to her email address was time stamped before the "Order Date and Time" on the fraudulent order confirmation.
My wife has never done business with New Vitality/NAC Marketing
New Vitality/NAC Marketing call center supervisor said they would not cancel the charge
CONCLUSION: New Vitality/NAC Marketing or someone associated with the company obviously stole my wife's credit card information and placed the order in an attempt to defraud us of $29.95. If you look at the facts, the only "person" who stands to gain from this fraud is New Vitality/NAC Marketing.
Think about this... Why would someone unrelated to the company, steal my wife's information, place the order and have it shipped to our address? That would be absurd - even for a criminal. I guess if you scam enough people in this manner, a certain percentage of fraudulent orders will not be discovered.
