New Vitality contacted me and sent their introductory package that was free. I paid shipping and handling plus intensive night eye cream. I told them I didn't want to join their club that would automatically send a new package. They kept saying if I didn't want it sent just call and cancel within 30 days. I used my credit card and it has become a problem. On top of it I dislike the products and They do not do what they claimed.

It took 38 minutes but evidentually they picked up the phone and accepted the cancellation.

Per your complaint, we were able to locate your account and cancel your participation from our Preferred Customer Program.

Also, we had one of our Customer Service Representative call and leave a voicemail message for you on September 19, 2012 confirming the cancelation.

All our packages include invoices stating if the customer is on automatic shipment and includes the hours of operation and the phone number for Customer Service to contact us if they are not satisfied with their order. You can also contact us via email or standard mail.

We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction. Please call our direct number at (631)-777-7767 X 1383 for a customer service Supervisor and we will be more than happy to help you.
