Everytime I go to the fashion square mall, there is always some really bad experience I have there. No other mall seems to employ such low class obnoxious mean rude people. I went into limited store once, and they were closing in about 5 minutes. The girl rudely told me when I walked in that they were closing, and I told her that I was just browsing around. She proceeded to harass me almost, and almost forced me out of the store, treating me in a very degrading way. I was upset, and walked back in, because as a customer it's my right to be allowed to be in a store, not yelled at by some evil angry bitter employee because she wants to. When I walked in, I got yelled at again, as if I was doing something terribly wrong, when the store hadn't even closed yet. I tried calling the manager to file a complaint against this obnoxious associate, but as usual nothing was done. It's completely ok to treat customers like dirt, and force them out of stores in teh rudest ways, because employees are angry bitter people and want to take their anger out on customers.
I went to New york and company several days ago, only to have an awful experience. I went to purcahse some clothes, and was told by the cashier that I needed to show my ID. I asked her why because I had been to lerner many times and use my credit card 24/7 and am NEVER asked for my id. But basically these stores that employ low life retards, use 'id" as a way to discriminate against people they want to discriminate against. She said that it was 'store policy' to have id, which was odd because ive been going to NY n company for 20 years now and have never been hassled about an ID. this obese arrogant hispanic witch acted as if she was doing 'me' the consumer a huge justice by refusing to allow me to purchase two pairs of pants simply because I didn't have an id with me. the entire time she was snickering, witnessing me get frustrated and upset at the fact that I couldn't purchase the clothing items, and most likely had to go to my car ot get my ID. now, as a manager or associate, I would "never" make a customer leave a store to get an id, unless it was an extreme situation, ie, a card was stolen or reported stolen, but the psychos at ny n company, thought differently. I walked out upset, and tried to ask the manager, what was going on and the manager was a horrible rude nasty woman who kept getting in my face and rudely saying SORRRRY SORRRRRRY....that's store policy.. SORRRRRY in the nastiest most degrading manner.
Most of these really mean sick associates in stores like this, use "ID" as a major form of discrimination againt people they somehow just 'want to 'discriminate against. Many people will say.. wellit's STORE policy, but in reality no it's not...it's store policy everywhere, yet never enforced...yet when people want to make a situation difficult for a consumer, they somehow urgently enforce it then lie and lie claiming it's for 'consumer protection' when it's just an excuse for extreme discrimination. I went into NY n Company many times over the past several weeks, and was never asked for an id...of course that's blamed on the cashier being 'inadequare' when it's just the cashier being normal, while these kind of deranged associates, are the ones that are screwed up, low lifes, and need serious help. I had to leave, upset go back to my car, get my id and come back..which should "never" happen...in a store like that...now I said to the nasty mean rude associate, still in a nice way that she shouldn't have made me, a customer leave the store to go get my id to purchase a pair of pants...she began almost yelling at me saying "MAAAM, theres no need to be RUDE TO ME" throwing more and more negative energy...when of course this nasty lunatic was the one being rude...she was angry and mean, literally harassing me...and as I left I gave her a dirty look--and was then harassed again by this deranged witch..and told MAAAM THERES NO NEED TO BE RUDE TO ME... at that point I turned around, flipped this pathetic sub-human the finger, and walked off, to where she got mad and went in the back. As I walked out, the nasty manager then said to me in a rude degrading way THANKKKK YOUUU really loud...I have never had an experience at a store, like this one, and every single one of these messed up associates, don't need to eb working at that store, ro any.. they are obnoxious horrible and very sick people that mistreat customers when they want to and use their 'associate positions' to make even purchasing something difficult for customers. They harass and are extremely rude to customers, and the managers are some of the most pathetic low life sadistic jerks.
