On the second order, I was "randomly selected" again. This time, I responded in time but it took me 1.5 hours of calling a number that went to voice mail before I finally got hold of anyone. They informed me that the product was sold out, even though they had already charged my account for the $200+ bill. Since I was again "randomly selected", it caused my order to be delayed and the product was no longer available, even though my account had already been charged. Again, this allows them to earn float the charged amount until they finally refund it.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN ONLINE SHOPPING IN THE PAST 5 YEARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. They force you to respond an email after valid payment has been made, require you to call a "customer service" number that doesn't open until Noon ET and appears to be manned by only one person who rarely answers the phone, charge you for purchases that, per their deceptive practices, are not complete and take a ridiculous amount of tim refunding your money, earning interest from that money thanks to their deceptive practices.
