After over 7 years, it seems like TV3 and some of its Board has finally had enough of Joe Vig and his make believe lawsuits and has filed its 4th law suit against him.

As a result, we're told that JOE sent TV3 Attorney David Skerry a letter basically saying "Dave, we both have better things to do and we should drop all suits and move on with out lives" yeah right! He will drop all suits if Dawn Natalia and Frank Pilleri give a public apology over the station. We hear he has a better chance of seeing GOD than that happening. 

That's how this extremely disturbed nutbag does things. He'll tell people that he communicated with TV3 through their Attorney to drop all suits, but TV3 is suit happy and just want to beat up on a poor lonely person who has been trying to get a membership at TV3. He would of course neglect to tell people that he is demanding a public apology and demanding to be a member of TV3 again as if nothing ever happened. He expects TV3 to make believe that his reign of abuse for over 7 years never happened ... This Social Security collecting (don't believe what he calls himself - he is a total whacko with no moral compass with all the time in the world to represent himself in his little waste of time lawsuits ... pretty funny.

This pain in the a** should be scared! He is normally the one doing the suing, but NOT THIS TIME! He has been hit with at least 3 suits over the past couple months. I think one of the suits is asking him about him collecting SSI due to possibly being mentally incapable of knowing which end is up. This time I'm told that TV3 is going for a cash settlement which will attach his future earnings as this big braggart claims to have a book in the works and a thriving internet collectibles business. He is wonderful, just ask him! I'm also told that there are discussions to bring a class action lawsuit against this dope!

Hey Joe, how does it feel? 

The main difference between the way Joe sues and the way these TV3 lawsuits will be handled, I hear, is quite simple. TV3's suits are BASED ON TRUTH! As you know Joe's suits are outlandish and just plain stupid, without merit that a challenged person with an 80 IQ would know it's just plain old stupid.

Just because its your right as an American to close your eyes and walk across the street, doesn't mean that you should ... can't you just picture Joe doing that ... I know I can, then suing the person that beeps at him because he shit his pants!
Now apply that to our court system, just because you can sue someone without paying for an Attorney, which can get costly, doesn't mean that you do, over and over again.

Don't tell anyone, but if this idiot leaves town, maybe TV3 would drop their suits. I'm sure they would still play his lame show over their airwaves, as he is the most prolific .... what, biggest idiot on the planet, I suppose.

We hear that TV3 has authorized 1 more lawsuit against Joe Vig. With a little luck Joe Viglione will be served with a total of 3 lawsuits by the end of June ... woohoo!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Joe Viglion asks the City Council to pay for his defense of the lawsuits filed by TV3 against this no nothing do nothing piece of s**t! 

Also FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - the City Council laughs at Joe as they are reading his police report of assault charge(s) with a dangerous weapon and etc. This of course off air as they have thanked the gentleman for leaving a copy of this SCUMBAG's rapsheet with the Council. Very embarrassing stuff. According to a Police Officer who read this shameful report, there are signs of a disturbed person and a dangerous person. 

This report was obtained, I hear through the Freedom of Information Act from the Woburn Police Department. Joe Vig is now KNOWN by the Medford City Council as a major SCUMBAG (and a laughing stock of the city) as the Council entered this report, into the record. WOO HOO! Joe is unraveling ... WOO HOO ... Joe is being known more now that ever as the pathetic little scumbag that he is, instead of the upstanding citizen he portrays himself as. He's a real piece of work. Word has it that he made lewd remarks and was touching himself while screaming in front of City Hall. Medford Police has that information and provided it to me ....

WOO HOO - Joe Viglione HAS BEEN GOUND OUT ... He is a FRAUD ... you better hide Joey - hide! More on the rock you hide under in a future report on this blog.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: City Hall has formally sent a series of letter to this SCUMBAG telling him that he NEVER ... did you get that NEVER worked for City Hall and that City Hall would NOT pay for any legal fee's incurred by Little Joey Scumbag. He is about to lose his mind as we hear he has threatened to sue Mark Rumley and Mayor Michael McGlynn for throwing him to the wolves (according to his own threatening letter(s) to City Hall.

Mr. Kanavos was not very happy with WBCN and their relationship disintegrated.  Kanavos says he felt he was owed more than the station was willing to give him. It's the same old story.  You go into a working situation with Kanavos and once he snags you he starts the complaints.  "This is too much work for the money."  He then holds your work hostage, yells and screams at you, gets violent, and when you stop your business relationship with him he acts like the woman that was dumped saying "I'm leaving you."

Ken Kanavos has very little business coming in.  The fact is that Joe Viglione brought in 100% of the clients when they worked together...and Kanavos interferes in those relationships whenever possible offering commission checks that are not in line with what the clients tell you they've spent.

Did Kanavos bring in a rock & roll hall of famer or a major producer or a musician who worked with Jimi Hendrix?  Or did someone else bring those individuals into his studio?
Newbury Media's owner certainly brags about someone else's relationships walking into his studio, then throws his temper tantrums AFTER he has your money. 

His "unblemished" record isn't bringing in much business, is it?  And when he's jealous of your contracts with legitimate artists who have Grammy awards or gold albums you can find your name on Ripoff.com thanks to Ken and a client he worked with behind your back.  That's unfair.  He also claims his current landlord will sue you in very vulgar terms via e mail.

So when you see famous people on the Newbury Media facebook, find out if Kanavos finished the project or just took the money and ran.   It is pathetic that Kanavos and his client use Ripoff.com to smear someone who treated them with kindness and generosity, but that's the way Kanavos likes to work.

It is very sad that instead of working for the money he took Kanavos turned to smashing a clock, kicking walls and yelling that he's a great producer and you'd better push the buttons yourself.   Keep in mind...he's oh so nice about getting the money out of you...after he's got your cash he'll take your clients, he won't give you the product you are looking for, and he will smear you on Ripoff.com - or have someone else do it for him.

Tragic is the only word for it. 

Given that Newbury and I have been in business since 1981 with an unblemished record I think speaks for itself. In over 29 years and over 2500, Newbury's amassed a long roster of clients that it has been my pleasure to serve. These include over 60 live-on -the-air WBCN broadcasts including Dave Matthews (twice), Queens Of The Stone Age, Extreme, Aimee Mann Travis and Hothouse Flowers, to name but a few. And I am more than happy to offer anyone a list of referrals who will vouch for the studio's and my integrity. The author of this post, Joe Viglione, was actually responding to another one of his client's post that he assumed was me! This kind of shoot-from-the hip incompetence is Viglione's hallmark and the direct reason why I dismissed him from any affiliation with me or Newbury. Now he's trying to get back for it. It's insulting to even stoop to defend any of the delusional accusations he attributes to me. He has a long, long, long history of terrorizing and ripping off any business associates and "clients" whom he targets - I merely being his latest. His irrational exploits in the Metro-Boston Cable-Access Community are legendary and an source of entertainment. He thinks nothing of showing up at Medford Public Meetings dressed in a pair of dirty shorts and tee-shirt and making a spectacle of himself, knowing he'll be videotaped and broadcast all over the web.
