Newdomainsites.com newdomainsites, godaddy.com, godaddy Deleted website, poor customer service, Charges $120 to Reactivate, Internet
Customer service was rude and they are apparently too large to care about individual customers. I told the customer service rep I wasn't happy about this and they should focus on customer service and give a courtesy call. He said they know its an issue but don't do anything extra and they aren't even required to do anything. I said I would make a complaint, he said "as long as you don't have 10 million friends like we have subscribers we'll be OK." That just shows their attitude.
