Terrible, do not use at all unless you want to be ripped off.

I've ordered a lot of things from Newegg and never had a problem as everything worked I received and figured they were OK.  This was a big mistake.

As soon as I bought a tablet that was DOA as a gift for Christmas I got the the run around over and over again, and then they simply flat out refused to refund or exchange.  I'm sure this is fraud for shipping me defective material and not taking it back, but I would have to litigate to overcome this fraud.  Don't order from them unless you want to go through this.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to blow hundreds of dollars for a paperweight.   Hopefully someone with more legal resources closes this company down.

Avoid at all cost unless you want to be ripped off when they ship you a defective item.

What about the manufacturer's warranty?

Have you tried contacting the tablet's manufacturer?  It should be under warranty and they should replace it.
