Compare NewEgg's return policy with that at legitimate customer-service oriented businesses such as Amazon, Target, and Nordstrom's.
NewEgg has lost my business forever, and the business of those who research this company before buying. There are better alternatives to NewEgg that are just as cheap and really care about their customers.

You must work at Newegg if you believe charging 15% for returning an unused item, still sealed in the original box, is justifiable or rationally related to any actual costs they incurred. These fees are a ripoff and have no business justification"
But I have learned to read return policies before ordering online...looks like YOU don't.
I do a lot of shopping on sites I trust to avoid problems like this. It also helps to be SURE you are ordering what you really want before hitting "submit order."
If it makes you feel better, you can believe I really work for Newegg. I've now been accused of working for over forty companies. Better see why they're not paying me.
