Newport News JDR DCSE Unfair Rulings in child support/alimony case Newport News Virginia

 My husband was divorced seven years ago and his divorce was very bitter. Talk about a woman scorned. My husband was the epitome of a good man, husband, and father to his children. He went through his divorce a veery wealthy man, but by the time the courts got finished with him he is now dead broke. He offered the ex over 240,000.00 cash and four homes, but she didn't want it according to her bulldog female attorney. She said she wanted to see him with a toothbrush and a spoon. Well, he had to be released from his job because he had private investigators, and deputy sheriffs bringing him countless court papers and she even showed up on his job once on twice. Pushing forward, he was sent to jail for contempt. He was also not allowed to modify his child support nor was he credited for overpaying six months into one of his daughters once she graduated. DCSE told him they would correct it but they didn't. So now his daughters are in their twenties and the ex has sent him to court on show causes about 4 times and each time he was given a purge order of $5000.00. We met two obligations and he was bonded out. However, in the meantime they have suspended his license, a tax intercept is in place and besides all that he has to pay the DCSE attorney bill that the ex took him to court on. My husband has paid his arrearages in child support payment from 18,000.00 to 1875.00 within a years time. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE EX IS DOING WITH ALL THIS MONEY SHE HAS BEEN GETTING!!! She took out another show cause and the DCSE attorney suggests that he be put in jail on a $7000.00 purge bond for civil contempt of alimony and the judge ordered him to jail. He has tried to get on his feet, but each time he gets knocked back down. He was told by his court appointed attorney and DCSE secretary that he couldn't go to jail for alimony, but he could go for child support. So that's where his focus was and thats why his support was dwindled down to 1875.00 and there are some interests that's attached beyond this amount. The ex has remarried, but since separated from her new husband. So now my husband is in jail due to a woman scorned and the numerous times that he has been at least two to three show causes per year and the judge allows this court game to continue to play. The judicial system and the judges who are suppose to be wise, act as though this is a game. The courts is playing with people lives and act as though they don't care and it seems like there is no cure for this disease. So many men are in court because of scorned women who want revenge and by any means necessary. These women want justice at any cost and they want money too, but you can't have both. Nine times out of ten if that man was to go back and be withthe woman, these child support issues would magically and lovingly disappear. This is not justice served and it's a shame that the courts close their eyes to this sin. They know these women are taking these men to court because they want a response so this is their form of controlling their children's father. Well, I was reading about the IMCP program for VA and it's sad that these judges are not using this program so it can be effective. If these non violent offenders are allowed to be a part of the IMCP program it would save taxpayers and the state of VA a lot of money and these men can have a life where they can pay their support and these "mad" women can get their money, if that's what they truly want??????
