When I called (and finally after 3 attempts to talk to a person without getting sent to a tape that tells me that all customer service agents are busy) I get told that I had 20 days (how can 10 be 20??) to request a cancellation. Not only that all product sales are final...no, guarantee...nothing...just boom...that is that.
When I told the supervisor I finally got hold of he told me that if I disputed it with the bank I would get hit with another 149.99 and if I did not pay it...I would be sent to a collection agency. I said fine...I am so tired of getting ripped off.
I know that buyer beware is what I need to do...but, this was extreme as far as I am concerned. Anyone have anymore suggestions???
