Nexiderm, Boheme -ritter Ripoff fraudulent credit card cjharges Napa California

Hi I should have known something was wrong from the get go. Only after reading an ad for a free sample of Nexiderm did I learn on page 2 that they wanted $5.95 for shipping. THis was to much for a sample so I clicked it off only to get a popup offer to ship it for $3.95 Still to much for a FREE sample. I click off again and I get another popup offering it to me for $1.00. I figure I'll try it for $1.00 and proceed to give them all my information, including my credit card# At the bottom it said submit, i did and my order for $5..95 was confirmed

I e-mail them immmediatly and like you i got no response. About 2 weeks later I got my amex bill the same day I got my package. I flipped out when I saw I was charged $49.95 plus a seperate charge of $5.95 for the shipping. I called the phone # amex gave me to question the charge and he said I missed my return date and hence I owed $49.95 plus shipping

REturn date? What return ?this was my free sample NO he explained, this was a free trial. I had to return it in order not to be charged, but the return date had passed. of course.

I know that i was charged less than some of you but it's a big chunk of change to me. Anyway AMEX said i had to pay it and the would fight to get it resolved later.But i think maybe I shouldn't pay the bill and let them resolve it now. Thanks for leting me vent, i feel so violated.
