Saw a deal from KGB for $99 for round-trip airfare and 2-night hotel stay for two. Small prints say up to $150 for hidden fee. Guess what? It is not UP TO, but the exact amount of $150 PER person AND you have to pay for the "difference" in airfare and hotel cost. In my case, the total is $1500 with out of pocket total $1200 (don't ask me how they came to that; they're very unclear). In any case, deal is $99 to FIND OUT the total cost of getting you a round-trip and hotel stay. It is NOT applied to your trip, that's for sure.

First, I bought it in July. It took them almost 5 months to get back to me on my 'redeemed' voucher only to tell me I have to pay so and so of extra fee. 

I demand money back. They told me to deal with issue over e-mail and try to change iternary. I repeated- I do not want this false and misleading deal with poor customer service. I want OUT. They refuse and expect me to throw $99 out. Buyers, beware of this company. They're making a total mockery out of new, naive customers.
