We don't call ourselves NextDay Watches for nothing! We know you want to receive your order right away but wish you didn't have to pay for the fast service. That's why orders placed by 5pm EST are shipped that same day and delivered the very next day! (Please note that shipment times and delivery times are based upon business days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. However if you place your order on Thursday after 4pm EST or Friday and wish to receive it by Saturday we do provide that service for a nominal fee. Saturday delivery must be chosen at checkout as your shipping option. Items not in stock cannot be guaranteed to ship same day and be delivered the next day.)
To ensure your order ships same day and is delivered the next day please check the shipping clock that can be found displayed on the product page. It will tell you how much time you have to place your order so that it meets the Same Day shipping deadline. (Some models may qualify for Free UPS Standard shipping. However, on these models 2nd Day Air and Next Day shipping options are available for a nominal fee.) At NextDay Watches we say Buy Today, Wear Tomorrow. Does it get any better than that? Details of Problems: After placing my order, I waited for 2 days since my order was placed on a Saturday and after I still had not received my watch I contacted them by phone. They advised me that the watch I had ordered was not in stock, they had to order it from the watch manufacturer, and it would take another day before they would be able to ship it to me. They advised me that they had sent me an email explaining this, (I received no emails from them except an order confirmation and once your payment has been authorized, your in-stock items will be shipped the same business day if placed by 4pm EST. Orders placed after this time may be shipped out the next business day.)
The following day I followed up with another call to confirm that the watch was being shipped and I was advised that it now it takes 3 days for them to receive the watch and they would ship it with it came in. At this point I requested to change my order and after spending an additional hour choosing the watch which clearly indicated it was in stock, (exactly as my previous order showed); I was advised that this watch would also have to be back ordered.
I canceled my order and requested an email confirmation regarding this which I still have not received. Two days later I received an email wanting me to confirm that I had received my order, which I had canceled. My account has still not been credited nor did I receive any item from them that I had attempted to order. I can not confirm that my account has been credited for 11 days after the vendor has canceled my payment. Let me explain: I used a GreenDot Visa card to make this transaction and they advised me that it takes 10 days before my card can be credited back the amount for a canceled charge and that is another different issue.
On today's date the order status at NextDay Watches shows the following: Your Order Number: ORD-000000-000000-0000 Order Status: In shipping zone (Under Shipment)
My dilemma is that I can not verify that my order is canceled nor can I verify that my account has been credited at this point. I do know that NextDay Watches is a rip-off.
