If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated! I am looking for a Micheal Edward Ryerse (pronounced Rye-er-see). He is 33 yrs old in Nov 2007. He is believed to be in the Folsom, Louisiana area doing construction work. I was told he was working for a Gulf Coast Construction company, but I am not able to find one for the Louisiana area only for Napels, FL and Houston, TX.
I am looking for him because he is evading his child support obligations. He has not been heard from in over 2 yrs. He is $23,000 behind in support. The Friend of the Court (what the enforcement agency is called in Michigan) is having a difficult time locating him. They believe he is working for cash.
I am doing this as a last ditch effort to try to find him. He has 2 warrants for the state of Michigan and does NOT have a drivers license for MI. Please if anyone can respond and help me I would GREATLY appreciate it!
