Nicholle R.Roberts OWES ME OVER $10,000.00! SHE IS A LIER! AND A THIEF! Evergreen Park Illinois

First let me say this woman is a crook, a thief and a con and an evil and terrible human being that ran off oweing me over $10,000 in rent and utilities.I subleased a commercial property to Nicholle R.Roberts of Popcorn Galore. She never came to work ontime for the 6 months her business was open.When I say she came late I mean 1 to 2 to 3 hours late everyday! I was patient with her I also had to tell over 100 potential customers over 6 months that she is not her today because of her being late everyday. But when the money she owed me for rent and utilities was adding up and she had the nerve to coming 2-3 hours late still after oweing me money I had enough. She even had the nerve to take Sundays off and she owes me thousands can you believe this. I tried to be as patient as possible and finally I had to speak to her about her tardiness and about getting another job during the week so she can pay me what she owes of coarse she didnt do anything, shes just a lazy human being who doesnt know how to run a business. And I mentioned about her getting another job many times and her tardiness to work many times and it was always this poor me,poor me attitude. I am depressed and hard to get out of bed. And always said to me I will never ripped you off, even if I go out of business I will pay you what I owe you, I am not that type of person(with a tear rolling down her cheek)Well is was all BS, all a con,a con on me. When I told her to leave she became verbally abusive towards me, called me names, insulted my customers, made all this drama. Its that strange she owes me over $10,000 and she is made at me for asking her to leave. Well all hell broke loose I had to get a lawyers advice and I got her out with 2 registered letters in 20 days time. If I had to do it again I would have kept all of her equipment and sold it,but I was fair and gave her a deadline to come and get her stuff which was a mistake, can you believe she came at the last day to get her stuff. Not to mention all the times she called the police on me staying I am doing stuff to her which is a lie. But nothing happened because she is full of it. Nicholle Roberts likes to use men for money,and con them out of money.She is just looking for her sugar daddy. She now went back to work to Lets Get Poppin in Chicago area which is where her parents own a popcorn business. I really hate this person, she is a terrible human being who ran off oweing me over $10,000.00 and not to mention I have one voice message from her left on my answering machine of her saying to me " I am glad your Father is Dead!" I lost my Father to Brain Cancer and I was close to my Father . What type of human being says that to another? Also she dresses like a stripper and used to stripp at a club in Romeoville IL.
