Bad experience with Niguel Summitt. Laguna Niguel
They will get you in and raise the rent A LOT They raised my rent over 300.00 after 1 year.
HUGE PARKING problems. They give more permits than parking spaces, then you have to park out on the long uphill very DARK street. Even if you have a permit to park.
Dogs barking everywhere.
Noisy neighbors that the management did nothing about., even after complaining over 10 times.
People move in and out of this place constantly.
You will not get your deposit back not matter what you do. They have a cleaning crew go in and write down everything they touch and charge you for it.
Trust me, go somewhere else.
