I was ripped off by Oroville realator Nina Bruschi. She sold my home for much less than it was worth. Nina was only interested in getting the sale so she can get a commission.
Nina once co-owned Sunset Realty in Oroville. She was forced to sell her share of the business. She now works for Table Mountain Realty in Oroville.
Nina doesn't care about anyone except herself. She will convince you to take a low offer on your house because she doesn't care if you lose money she only cares if she makes a sale. Nina also drives around town talking and texting on her cell phone. She knows it's illegal and dangerous but she doesn't care because she drives a huge Hummer. What if she causes an accident? Not many people will survive against a Hummer.
Nina Bruschi and her daughter Chelsey Gutierrez are currently charged in Butte County Superior Court for Drugs - Less Than 28.5 grams. Nina's gay son Jesse Gutierrez is an a--hole who likes to harass and threaten people.
Take my advice. Do not sell your home through this woman. She can not be trusted and she is not honest.

So sorry to read trash on the internet, and there it sticks. I would like to rebuttal the statement about Nina Bruschi, "tweeker", whom has sold 2 properties of ours over the last 6-7 years. Nina is straight forward, discusses the different options available to selling our properties, in writing but not until we both agree on selling tactics.
Nina now has our house on the market in Butte Valley, California. She is professional with over 20 years in the business under her belt. Yes, she does own a Hummer3, which are situated on a Chevy Blazer frame by manufacturer.
In dealing with Nina since 2006-07 I have never seen her as a "tweeker". I am an RN of a local hospital in Butte County, California.
Nina now has our house on the market in Butte Valley, California. She is professional with over 20 years in the business under her belt. Yes, she does own a Hummer3, which are situated on a Chevy Blazer frame by manufacturer.
In dealing with Nina since 2006-07 I have never seen her as a "tweeker". I am an RN of a local hospital in Butte County, California.

When I came across this report, i was saddened as this is obvious an act of jealousy on behalf of an individual who lacks self worth. Nina is not only a person of integrity, she is an outstanding Real Estate Broker. She was our #1 choice !
While working with Nina during the home buying process, we could always depend on Nina to deliver. She is very knowledgable in her profession, energetic, accurate, fair minded, dependable, and mostly importantly, possesses a wonderful attitude.
Nina not only educated us throughout the entire process but found us the ideal family home to raise our kids in. We were very impressed and complimentary of Nina and as a result, we have highly recommended her to our family, friends and entire church congregation.
Do yourself a favor and if you are in the market to buy or sell, contact Nina Bruschi!
