It approves the Eastern District Court's refusal to record or process the appeals of title owners who are subject to Judge Robert Bardwil of the Bankruptcy Court just ordering real property taken without any notice given to the owners and no rights given to them to appear and defend their property. See Ninth Circuit docket no. 09-15271.
It is a dictatorship confiscating our citizens' property with no court access and no notice. It is a scam run to cover up Judge Jay Bybee's incompetence as a judge.
