I will NEVER buy another car from the Nissan of Greer, and here's why! We bought a car from them and found out 4 YEARS laterthat they sold us a salvaged title when we tried to trade it in to a DIFFERENT dealership!I even spoke to the General Manager, who by the way was a complete jerk, and he primised to make this right and get us into a new care that had a CLEAN title and then turned around and tried to finance us for STICKER price on a used car!! Wow thanks for all your help!
I hope no one ever buys from this company. The managers exact words to my husband and I were "I want nothing more than to sell you a car." Well you should be more concerned with selling us a salvaged title without disclosing it on any of the paperwork! The are crooks and care nothing about the customer or trying to right their wrong. Such a disgrace to our upstate to have such people working in a facility!

This person has never bought a vehicle from Nissan of Greer. We have spoken to this lady and her husband on several occasions and have tried without success to explain that when she purchased the vehicle the dealership was owned by another corporation. That corporation filed bankruptcy in July 2011 in Federal District Court in Atlanta.
We purchased the assets only of that corporation via the bankruptcy court auction. We had absolutely no affiliation to the previous corporation in any way, shape, or form. We have provided this customer with the names of the previous owners. We began operations in late July 2011.
While we operate in the same facility and share a similar dba name ( "doing business as" - they were "Greer Nissan" we are "KOG, Inc dba Nissan of Greer"), and we still represent the Nissan franchise we are in no way related to the previous owners.
This customer purchased a used Toyota Scion from the previous owners 4 years ago and she claims it has a salvage title. This may in fact be true, however, as stated above, she did not purchase it from us. Still she post false and liabilous allegations against us.
The information and statements I have provided can be verified easily via SC Secretary of State filings as well as a simple search of the Bankruptcy filings.

The above statement from the people of Nissan of Greer is true, they are the new owners and were NOT the ones who sold me the salvaged car. Since this incident they have been gracious in helping us find out who is truly responsible for this crazy incident. I apologize for any problems this may have caused for the new owners! I have tried to get this deleted there is not a way I can from the home page but it does need to be deleted.

The statement is false and should be promptly removed! Here is why:
1. The vehicle was purchased from the old owners of Nissan of Greer. Yes, this particular vehicle was purchased from the old owners of Nissan of Greer. Clearly, this individual should be contacting the old owners (Town Center Nissan Attn: Joann Gould 2310 Barrett Lakes Blvd NW Kennesaw, GA 30144 (770)-423-9691).
2. Mr. Michael J. Howard (Present General Manager of the new Nissan of Greer as of March 01, 2013) had absolutely no, none, zero involvement with this past vehicle sale or the title.
3. For the record, neither the new owners of this particular dealership and or the present General Manager were involved in this past sale.
