Beware the fine print. Your not ordering a sample bottle, you're enrolling in an autoship program. And you can't respond to their customer service emails as these are no reply emails. You have to go to the Terms and Conditions and find email@example.com. I expected to get only a sample not an autoship program. I refused delivery, but look closely again at the terms and conditions as you can't do this without being charged. You can only contact customer service to discuss a return and then "Upon receipt you will receive a refund of purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 35% restocking fee. Refused or returned packages that are sent to us without prior approval from Customer Care are not eligible for a refund." A 35% restocking fee - outrageous. And you have to have prior approval for the privilege of paying a 35% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping/handling. I wish I'd read Ripoff Report before dealing with these slime balls.
