I purchased a watch from them and it took over 1 month to get to me. After I got the watch after a month the watch started falling apart. Knobs started falling off and the clasp is hard to pop off.

They have a 7 day defective policy and after that the customer is out of luck. They would not issue a refund after all the headaches and problems.
