Christmas came and went and I didn't hear anything. I had emailed the company several times and always got the same generic response back. I called the company and they said that the boots would be sent out within the week. That was three weeks ago. Looking around on this site I see that a lot of others had this same problem. I was told I could have a refund. I told them I wanted the product that I had ordered and already paid for.
I don't understand how a website can have a guarantee for delivery and not even send a courtesy email or phone call saying the product won't be delivered. They sure have no problem sending all their spam to my inbox! This company is a sham. With all the complaints that are out there-I don't understand how they are still in business.
