After doing this I waited 2 or 3 days for an e-mail confirming my order, my payment and my shipping. I never received on so I e-mailed customer service and explained that I never got the e-mail thus had no confirmation of any sort of my order or when I should expect my MP3 player. I was told to wait and see what happens and that shipping could take 5 weeks.
I waited about a week and my MP3 player showed up in the mail! But it showed up completely broken! The shuffle back and forth button didn't work, it didn't charge correctly and then the center button completely fell off.
I revisited the website to e-mail customer service and noticed that the entire website had changed. They had blocked all negative reviews, changed the look of the webpage and deleted my order history. Thus giving customer service no info and me nowhere to go back and try and scrape info together from. I explained this more than once to customer service rep from start to finish including never receiving order confirmation and I was told repeatedly that my order and my account never existed and there was nothing they could do.
