Customer Support is HORRID!
They are dishonest. I was told a credit due me was issued and would appear in my "account." It didn't appear. They then said it was my browser. Switched browsers - same. Then they said clear cookies; did so - still no credit. Then they said the site was down, even though I continued to load and navigate it.
Then when I called B.S. - they said the credit had "expired." And this was ALL FROM THE SAME SUPPORT PERSON (Maria P) - and ALL IN THE SAME DAY!
Stay as far away from this company as you can. If you see something you like, Google it and buy it elsewhere (and likely cheaper). The comforter I was looking at was almost $30 cheaper on (((competitor's name redacted))) (and they have GREAT customer service).
