I ordered a piece of jewelry from nomerack.com. I never received the jewelry. I called them 7 times. I also wrote to them 15 times. I received emails back from the zendesk customer service reps.They told me they will look into the problem. I keep writing to them and they do not do anything to help me. This has been going on since October 2012. I want my money back now. They also locked me out of my email account with them. I can not obtain my account to see anything. They deactivated my account. These people are rip-offs. They take orders. I didnt get the merchandise and they will not send me back my money. They will not even do anything for me. They also could credit my credit card.They are not helping me out at all. Please do not use this scammer company.They ignore customers. They also announce they have free shipping for 2 hours. When you go on the site to use the free shipping this is not true. You still have to pay for shipping. It is a scam.Do not use this company!
