Nomorerack Purchased a watch sept 19, told me 3 weeks to receive but would be sooner, Took money out of account and will not refund it back and did not send item out New Yor New York

Purchase a watch 19 Sept, 2013, told me it would ship out before the three weeks, called today to cancel the item, they took the money out before item shipped and said they can not cancel it, tried calling corp office no one picks up phone, customer service is rude. How do you take money out when item does not ship what if the item is not available to them. I want my money back. I ask nice if they would call me and they do not respond. Becareful customers do not buy from them.

That is not the truth I emailed them with a order number have not responed

yet. No way would I do business with dishonest people, who take money out of your account and the item has not shipped. What if something goes wrong or it sells out, they take your money. Everything you love for your money and no merchandise received. Everything is emailed , no phone contact. Corporate can not answer your calls what is wrong with this picture, I want a refund I asked for 2 days ago

I emailed them no respond, I want my money back I asked to cancel 2 days ago. All they say is processing, processing, The corporate office does not answer there phones, what does that tell you. Only email no Phone reply. Whay can not they be honest. Thay talk about they will have me come back as a customer, you have got to be kidding... Noway, they can not tell the truth about anything. I want a refund

Ask for my order number and still have not hear anything , these people have no communication other then email. They withdrew money before item shipped out, I am putting more complaints in the BBB, on them they will not call you. I want a refund, I asked 2 days ago, People do not buy from here.

Her is the order number  9318640 , the money came out even before the watch shipped called yesterday and said they can not cancel. I want money back to buy a watch for disabled son.
