I was told by a friend to purchase a USB charger from NOMORERACK because they enjoy their item.  Well upon seeing the item, I was impressed with the gadget and purchased the same item but in PINK.  I was so excited about my purchase that I told my husband about it.  He said that he never heard of the company and to check it out.  Well I didn't and that was my biggest mistake.  I checked my account as I usually do when making purchases over the internet and low and behold....  2 transactions from NOMORERACK showed up.  1= the original purchase for $16 and a $87 charge.  Even if I were to pay for the highest shipping rate it would never be $87.  So I contacted customer support right away and low an behold (they don't speak english)  REDFLAG! and to contact customer support via email.  WOW.  So I emailed customer support and she wanted additional account information that was not necessary like how much was in my account my full account #.  I told her no!! but I sent a screen shot of my account of the 2 itmes in question.  Shella told me that there is not an additional pending amount and closed my case.  I emailed her back demanding my $87 back because this was not an authorized amount. She said she could do nothing but would investigate into the fraudulent charge.  Well I received an email from Shella and she said that someone in Florida had made a purchase with my card and there was nothing she could do and closed the case again.  Well I had already spoke with my credit card company and filed a complaint against nomorerack and was refunded my $87.  I am unable to cancel the $16 order as it is past the cut off time 24hrs which the item is still in progress and has not shipped yet.  I was told that I have to wait for the product to show up, if it even does.  I have told my other friends who were thinking to purchase the same item; to stay away from nomorerack.com they will steal you and have the nerve to ask you for more.

Beware of nomorerack.com they have inside con's that will use your credit card information and purchase stuff for them self.

Always here to help!!!  bull-lonie.   You closed my case rather than trying to help me get my money back or find out how Sandra Rodriguez from Florida even got my credit card information from your site!!  You say you wish my no harm..  Well you wern't even trying to help me get my money back until my Credit Card company got involved.  Well they just recently sent me Law Suit papers and yes I have filled them out and personally will be delivering them to the company.  Your company boast on security and identy theft when in fact your company has nothing but complaints about shipping empty boxes, to never shipping the product out, to sending something else and still offer the same product online.  So my stress to the whole world "DOES NO MORE RACK. COM" STEAL your money or double dip in insurance claims "Y-E-S"!!!!  STAY AWAY from this company!!  My friends who used to shop at NOMORERACK said they are done an will no longer do business with this company since I told them what happened to me and also all the other 150 customers experience with this RIPOFF COMPANY.
