I purchased a set of 2 "Power Bank External Power Tube for Digital Products". This pair was marked at $18 for a supposed retail of $99. There was a limited time to this offer, so I foolishly quickly bought this supposed "good deal". The products arrived and do not work at all to charge my phone. With a fully changed power tube and using my own USB cabel instead of theirs, I could get indication of chare for 20 seconds on my phone. Then it was done and no additional charge could be reproduced. Oh, by the way, there were no instructions provided with the product, and the grammar on the description of the product was so poor, that I suspect it was written by someone who knows english as a second language.
I informed the company of their completely defective products, and all they could offer me was an in-store credit of purchase price only. This is supposedly BuySafe protected, which means they should refund me the full shipping price. I do not trust this company enough to want any of their in-store credit at this point, and even if they offered to return my money instead of in-store credit, I don't know that I trust them enough to waist the return shipping cost. I'm just out my $20.
