It would be interesting to see what criminal owns this business. I own a Retail Consulting company that conducts customer service training classes for a major Home center and many others. I needed a new example of a poorly run company and how a company should'nt be run. Now I have one. Most companies have stepped up thier customer service in this economy to build business, this one is just the opposite. I do mention names of all the companies I use as examples. The truth hurts. Nomorerack is a fraud outfit with no integrity period.
