  Placed an order for Solar light  12 pk for $29.00, What I was shipped was not even close to the description / picture or size. Plus they were sent in 3 boxes of 4 and the box was no even large enough so that the top was made of their packing tape. Have made numerous attempts to get this taken care of. All response are basically a copy and paste response that who or what they have working just send at random. If you try to return you will eat the shipping and also the return shipping. ZERO customer service. After  awhile you just give up.  Plus if you open and decide to possibly use the wrong product you will most likely find it defective. They obviously deal in over runs, old stock and prior returns. This is a scam / fraud outfit. They are nothing but Scam Artists and Scum.

Responded back this morning not only with the Order # etc. but also included the numerous e-mails back and forth to them. In which their response was always a generic response they obviously copy and paste. So we'll see what happens. Its obvious that Nomorerack is a company with no integrity, no customer service and nothing but a shady scam of a business. It pretty clear by reading all the reports on here that this is the norm for them.

It would be interesting to see what criminal owns this business. I own a Retail Consulting company that conducts  customer service training classes for a major Home center and many others. I needed a new example of a poorly run company and how a company should'nt be run. Now I have one. Most companies have stepped up thier customer service in this economy to build business, this one is just the opposite.  I do mention names of all the companies I use as examples. The truth hurts. Nomorerack is a fraud outfit with no integrity period.
