This company took my money, and failed to send me the product I ordered. They do not have 24/7 customer service, as their site alledges, and they will not work with you to resolve any matter.
Initially, when I placed my order, I was told by the recipient that the address I was using was no longer valid. Within an hour I had sent an email to nomorerack's customer service to alert them that I needed to change the shipping address.
I did not get a response for 3 days. I sent a message every day, and when I finally did get a response, the agent told me that there was nothing they could do as it had been outside of the "24 Hour Window" since I had placed the order, to change the order. I have 10 pages worth of emails going back and forth about how I had contacted them within a timely manner, and how they needed to change my information. They refused to assist me. I also reviewed their "terms and conditions" and "legal disclaimer," and no where in either, does it have any sort of "change of shipping address" disclaimer alledging that the consumer has only 24 hours to contact the company.
Then I received shipping notifications on each item separately. One item was never delivered, despite the USPS stating it was. I currently have an investigation open on that package as there was no delivery. The second shipment notification was delivered to an entirely different person in an entirely different city (though closer to the preferred shipping address).
This company obviously has no intention of making the order right, or refunding my money. They should not be allowed to do business, at all, in any country.
