I ordered an MP4 player, which I have not received yet. NMR neglected to send me confirmation of my purchase or a tracking number.
I was charged the $2.00 shipping.
I alerted customer service and received this reply:
"Regarding the free shipping offer, please be informed that we offer a flat rate of $2 shipping per item (not per order) - and in this case this may have not been applied due to a system glitch. I have gone ahead and issued you a $2 credit to compensate for the missed offer as we are unable to apply any credits to an existing order."
I tried to apply this $2.00 credit and was informed that I must spend $30.00 to use my $2.00 credit. What a "FREE SHIPPING" scam! I do not want to order from this disgusting company. I wish that I had never heard of them.
Next, I referred a friend to the site, as he saw some flip-flops that he wanted to buy.
We are not family, nor do we live at the same address, which is clear by our shipping addresses and names being different.
He went ahead and ordered the flip flops, and I did not receive my $10.00 referral award.
At that time of referral, I was visiting his home- I was using an Asus tablet and he was using a MacBook Pro. We were at his home using his wireless internet connection.
I was planning to use the $10.00 referral award to buy myself the flip-flops. When I proceeded to buy them, there was no $10. in my acct.
I wrote to ask and was told, by *Micki, customer service:
" I have checked both accounts and it appears that the email address of your referral is listing the same IP addres as yours. As part of our system's verification process, credits are automatically not issued once it detects the similar IP address..."
Kevin S***** is my friend. We are not related.
I was at his house and introduced him to Nomorerack. He was interested in two pair of Dawgs shoes.
I told him about the referral and he joined through my referral.
I was on my Asus tablet (wireless connection) and he was on his MacBook pro (wireless connection).
I was visiting his home, but we do not live together.
I am now at my house and the IP address on from this letter is mine.
When I joined Nomorerack, it was from my house.
I also ordered the MP4 player from my house, so that IP address will match this one from which I am sending now.
I did refer Kevin S***** from the same home, on a tablet that picked up his IP; we do NOT live at the same address.
You can check public records and verify that I, DBH, reside and own a home at 20 U**** Street, Wallingford, CT. My phone is 203-xxx-xxxx
Mr S***** resides and owns a home at 85 J*** Road, Wallingford, CT. His phone is 203-xxx-xxxx.
Further, if you check both my and his merchandise orders, you shall see that they are shipped to different addresses, which correspond with the addresses I listed above.
There is no item on Nomorerack indicating that two members cannot use wireless devices from the same physical place.
If this were the case, I would have invited him from my home while he joined from his home.
Soon as I receive my referral award, I shall order the additional items.
FYI, my initial purchase was for one (1) item, the MP4 player. I clicked to Nomorerack through a link that offered FREE SHIPPING.

Unfortunately as what has been stated previously - we are unable to override the system and manually issue referral credits as this kicks in through the referral process.
Please bear in mind the rules and regulations on how the give & get promo works.
Again I would like to apologize and hoping for your understanding in this matter.

What a crock of crap company!
The most-disgusting part is stupid *Micki claiming that, " At Nomorerack, customer satisfaction is our main goal!!
So, I paid for a $24.00 MP4 player, received NO verification of the purchase, no tracking number, and have NOT received the player yet (I doubt that I will ever receive it).
I should have received FREE SHIPPING, but they ripped me off for that, then issued me a worthless"credit" for which I must spend $30.00 to use.
I referred a friend, which should have given me a $10. credit, and *Micki, the rude and ignorant customer service rep, tells me that I cannot have this referral award because I have broken a rule.
when I explained that I did NOT violate their rules, she tells me that she cannot "override the system and manually issue referral credits".
So, Customer Service cannot offer credits?
Do yourself a favour- run clear from Nomorerack!
This company even has its own Facebook Hate Page, LOL
Notice, as of this date, there are over-600 complaints about this company!
I will follow up if I received the MP4 player. From other entries on this site, I'm guessing that I either will not receive it, or it will arrive to me either used, broken, or BOTH.
