Nomorerack.com Inc, customercare@nomorerack.com Nomorerack took my money, after a month still no boots! In email replies said they would refund my money....still haven't. I am filing a legal action against them. This has got to stop! Internet

I placed an order with nomoreracks on November 25, 2012. They confirmed my order on November 27, 2012 and debited $52 from my account. I have been emailing them asking for delivery information, or some kind of tracking number. They have never provided any concrete information as to when package had shipped, just that it had. When I asked for the confirmation number, that request was ignored also! They indicated on one email they would refund me if I didn't receive package by 12-21, with the refund being a credit towards their website! I replied and told them I would not accept a refund of a credit to spend more money where I never received items from! I also let them know I'm not taking this lying down and will be contacting a friend who can file legal action. They then sent an email indicating they would refund my credit card and that I could keep the boots if I received. I don't care if the amount was $52.00 or a $1052.00....it is the principle, and after reading the other numerous reports, that fact this company is still operational.....Are you kidding me! This company will be shut down! They crossed the wrong threshold this time!!!!! Sincerely, Laurel

I have been contacting you since Decenber 11th,2012 and to this day you have not made right of this transaction! I have read all the foul reports regarding your company on the internet doing business with many other customers, like myself! All you have to do is enter your company's name and there are bad reports every where...my only mistake was trusting you website and not checking it before hand! You take their money, never deliver products and then never refund! You are not sliding by on mine!!! I will keep moving towards exploiting your bad business practice and shoot towards making sure you never pull this again! Your company is a sham and you should be ashamed....some day you will receive this same treatment some where down the road in your life! You don't handle business,  or people in this manner!  Here is the latest email correspondence since I have been dealing with this company since purchase in Nov. 25th, 2012. Still no items delivered, no tracking number on package shipment supposidly (even though I have requested) and no so called credit to my account! If I have not received my credit to my account by January 7th, you will leave me no other choice but to take matters into legal representation! Your comments about customer service and caring.....PRICELESS!!! You should be ashamed!!!!
