I did a live chat and was told by Robert (Nomorerack) that I would get some
type of confirmation and shipping info for my return and credit via e-mail, for the items that were never received.
To date I have not gotten anything via email from Nomorerack about the situation's that I have mentioned in the subject line.
The day I received the broken item, I immediately contacted Nomorerack via the live chat and was told that I would receive a return label. I'm still waiting....
Five things that need to be addressed by Nomorerack, especially if you
would like to retain a loyal customer that has friend's wanting to join me on Nomorerack.
1. 2 unresolved items-- order # 3920960

2. This item was sent inoperable and looked used and returned!-- order #4447977
Ballet Photo Frame *Style*: Ballet Photo Frame
3. This item was sent to someone else and then onto me....it was broken!--order # 4659577
Set of 2: Debbie Meyer Genius Rack Organizers
4. Please in the future, no more used/returned items. Along with the
otherwise invisible items that I have supposedly received from Nomorerack!
5. If you look at my account you will notice that I have spent close to
$900.00 over the last few months, where is the customer service????, or
just returning an email explaining where to return my items!!! BTW: I have
pictures of all the boxes that were messed up in transit, that I have gotten from your company.
This is what Nomorerack's response was:

report for the item. Afterwards, kindly attach the document when you

My rebuttal to the above, this all happened today:
You only addressed the missing items. I received the sheets and
gloves in my order! Do you really believe that I would make a big deal
over two $9.00 items??? Why don't I just make a big deal over the
highest dollar amount item instead?? Because I'm honest and not a thief!
A police report....Really?!? This occurred during the holiday rush
and was brought to our home by someone other than our regular carriers,
my husband had no idea what I ordered and therefore told me that the
package looked like it had been opened and resealed!
You also did not address how to return the broken item or the item that does not work!
Please do me a favor, send me everything I have paid for thus far and
I will cancel my account with you, very happily! You can also find me
on youtube and twitter...hashtag, bogus companies, no customer care or service and
look at ripoff report!
What a twit! Thieves!!! They will not do refunds, only credit, thanks but no thanks! I think they are thieves....this is my opinion and I'm standing by my words!!!
