I placed an order won nomorerack.com on July 24, 2013. Immediately, the  charges were debited from my account, however I did not receive any type of confirmation email regardinmyths order I had placed. I waited over a week, when my order did not arrive, I contacted the company. I received a response from customer service that stated my items had shipped and would be arriving soon. Over a week later, I received an email from nomorerack.com that claimed there was a problem with one of the items and it was being cancelled, however the other items would be delivered soon. Hours later another email came in saying the same thing about the other items in my order.

I contacted nomorerack.com to inquire about the problem. Their response was that all of the items were out of stock. They stated that my account would be credited. I responded and attached my previous email I had received stating my order was shipped. I questioned how all of the items could be out of stock. They sent a reply blaming the vendors and claimed it was out of their control and this was a rare occurrence. 

I looked on nomorerack website for all of the items I had ordered that they claimed were all out of stock. Ironically, they were all listed as in stock and still for sale. I inquired about that and asked if I reordered the items, would I receive them. Their response was that I could "try." They had no explanation to why they were advertising items that they do not even have.

I decided to do some research about the company. I found countless reports on the same situation. The Better Business Bureau did not endorse them, as they had over 1500 documented complaints on nomorerack in the past year. I posted a complaint on another site and on Facebook. Both times, nomorerack replied with a generic response stating they're always here to help and if I sent my order number they will look into it. I made a remark that the "no more" in their title stands for "no more" stock. They even sent a rude, sarcastic response giving an explanation of their name. 

Needless to say, we have gone back and forth. They take no responsibility for their mistake. They place all the blame on the vendors. All of the items that I ordered are still listed on the website. I am appalled at all of the generic, pre worded responses that they have sent. I've tried to call, only to be placed on hold several times and try to communicate with very broken English. I'm exhausted with their responses asking me to give them my order number and an explanation so they can fix the problem. I've gone through this multiple times, only to get the same result. I still do not have my items!
