If you rented from Norm King and he will not return your deposit. Call the residential Tenancy Office in the Vancouver area. There are laws to protect renters. Call the Residential Tenancy Office and report him As the Residential Tenancy Office to apply Administrative penalties against him.

He is a fraud and a bully. Don't let him push you around. Fight back.
